Grant is known for his creative approach to cocktail making, often incorporating unexpected flavors and ingredients into his drinks. Grant's signature cocktail is called "Avalanche." It features a unique blend of single-malt Scotch whisky, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white, garnished with edible flowers and snowflakes.

 

Recipe for Avalanche:

  • 50 ml single malt Scotch whisky
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
  • 1 fresh egg white
  • Edible flowers and snowflakes (for garnish)

 

Add all ingredients except the garnish to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with edible flowers and snowflakes.
