Bannie is known for her signature cocktail, "Bear Trap," which features a unique blend of ingredients and flavors. The drink is made with Bacardi Carta Blanca rum, peach liqueur, lemon juice, pandan syrup, and egg white, and is garnished with a sprig of mint and a slice of dehydrated peach.

Here is a brief recipe for Bear Trap:

• 60 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca rum
• 20 ml peach liqueur
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 20 ml pandan syrup
• 1 fresh egg white
• Mint sprig and dehydrated peach slice (for garnish)

Add all ingredients except the garnish to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of dehydrated peach.
